Hey everyone,
Coach Marsha here, Health and Wellness Coach with another great opportunity! Christine Hoffmann RN, CDCES is offering a 3-class workshop in April about the gut microbiome.
For those that don't know, the gut microbiome plays a crucial role in digestion, immune function, and overall health by helping break down food, producing essential nutrients, and protecting against harmful bacteria. A balanced microbiome supports better digestion, reduces inflammation, and is even linked to improved mood and mental well-being.
Christine's classes will focus on topics like sleep and breathwork, time-restrictive eating, fermented foods, greens, aromatic/allium vegetables, and more!
There is only room for 20 participants, so hurry and grab your seat before the March 27th deadline. Cost is only $99. The classes will be in-person at the Fort Myers Seventh Day Adventist Church 3451 Ortiz Ave in Fort Myers. All classes are at 1pm and will take place on April 1, 8, and 15. Please see the attached flier for more information including contact information a how to sign up.
