Thank you for choosing Coach Marsha, LLC for your health and wellness journey. By accessing our website and purchasing coaching services or digital courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
Coach Marsha, LLC provides coaching services, including personalized health coaching and self-paced digital courses. All services are provided under the guidance of Coach Marsha, who holds certifications in health coaching and plant-based nutrition.
Disclaimer: The services provided by Coach Marsha are not intended to be medical advice. You should always consult with a licensed healthcare provider before making any changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health regimen. Coach Marsha, LLC does not take responsibility for any issues related to products mentioned or used personally.
2. Coaching Services
Refunds and Cancellations:
Refunds for coaching packages are only available if you cancel before your first coaching session. Once the first session takes place, no refunds will be issued.
Rescheduling Sessions:
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of the session. Rescheduling within the 24-hour window will be at Coach Marsha’s discretion.
Expiration of Packages:
Coaching packages expire either once all sessions are used or after a period of 3-4 months from the date of purchase, whichever comes first.
3. Digital Courses and Materials
Lifetime Access:
Digital courses and materials purchased on this website come with lifetime access. However, refunds for digital courses are considered on a case-by-case basis and will not be provided if all course content has been consumed.
Sharing and Distribution:
You are permitted to share the link to the program; however, you may not share, download, or distribute the content of the courses. All course materials are protected by copyright law.
4. Payments
Payment Methods:
We accept payments through credit cards, PayPal, and various other online payment methods.
Payment Plans:
We do not offer payment plans. All coaching packages and digital courses must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Sales Tax:
We do not charge sales tax on any purchases made through our website.
5. Legal and Liability
Waiver:
All clients must sign a waiver before beginning coaching sessions. This waiver acknowledges that you understand and accept the terms of working with Coach Marsha and release Coach Marsha, LLC from any legal responsibility related to the services provided.
Limitation of Liability:
Coach Marsha, LLC will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our coaching services or digital content. By purchasing services, you agree to limit the liability of Coach Marsha, LLC to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Code of Conduct:
Clients are expected to engage in respectful communication and maintain a positive, professional relationship with Coach Marsha. Harassment, offensive language, or any other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without refund.
6. Modifications to Terms
Coach Marsha, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
